What is the correct collation for jira with mysql? I currently have utf8_bin

Health check about collation led to:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/health-check-database-collation-790955315.html

This does not state the required collation but leads to:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/health-check-database-collation-in-mysql-943951422.html

This also does not state the required collation... what is the required collation? I have thought utf8_bin was correct?

utf8_bin is the supported collation. Is that what you have? And you are still getting the healthcheck failed?
