Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Atlassian does not offer a Technical Support phone number for Standard subscriptions. That is available only for Enterprise subscriptions.

For Standard subscriptions administrators can submit support cases at

https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Or, any user can provide information in this user forum and other users of the Atlassian products will attempt to help you.

Hi Trudy,

How do I get escalated ticket? Supposedly my account was deleted in 2022 but I was using JIRA in April of this year.  We had credit card expire.

Help!!!

If you are having a billing problem you can reach the billing team through their contact page at

If there was a billing problem the Billing Contact for your subscription should've received emails about that.

It's not a billing problem at this point, I just want my data. I don't care what it costs. There must be data archives? Can I pay for an escalated ticket?

When an account is suspended due to billing issues the data will be retained only for a limited period of time if the billing issue is not resolved. The information regarding how long the data will be retained can be found her:

https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#What-happens-if-I-miss-a-payment

You would need to resolve the billing issue in order to regain access to your data.

But based on the information in the above document if the original payment was due 65 days ago and you did not resolve the billing issue within that time period, then your data had been permanently deleted.

 

If your account is currently in a suspended state you still have an opportunity to reactivate it. Guidance can be found in this post.

I am not aware of any method to pay to have a support ticket escalated.
