Hi people,

When I edit a comment in Jira, an update e-mail is not sent to all participants. How do I fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Hello @Angus Smith

Have you checked the notification scheme for that project more specifically the "An issue is edited"? Have the users checked their personal settings > notifications for projects and issues and the Default notification settings?Screenshot 2024-08-28 at 08.58.46.png

If you are Jira admin, then go to project settings --> Notifications
Verify is the intended user is part of notification type "A comment is edited".
