×We have more than 20 users with the same name.
Currently, only the first 5 people are listed at @mention.
Is there a way to change this to list more than 20 people?
Why have you got people who have the same name?
I know that is a provocative question, but it's not really about "same name", it is actually about "same identifier". Why do you have 20 people you cannot distinguish?
The display name format of our service is as follows.
"full name" "email-address"
Example)
Users mostly use the @mention by name feature.
Of course, they can search by email address, but there are many cases where they do not know the exact email address.
Since there are often more than 5 people with the same name, I want to increase the number of people listed when using mention.
