I'm lost in the Atlassian products and could really need advice:
We have digital content that our clients subscribe to to access, the content is in dropbox so accessible via a simple URL link (I can imagine a html page in an Atlassian product that has the access links in it)
I'm looking for a way to have a login for my clients/users (hundreds) so they can access the products after they are logged in.
How do I accomplish this?
Hi @Gerard Blokdijk ,
For your initial requirements, the best option that I can see should be with Confluence.
Many companies use it in a different way, but it is good for documentation and storage of documents too
Thanks Samuel, I'm wondering if I am able to add userids to access the material - without that counting towards the license fees, since they're end users

Anonymous access is available with the non-free plan and it won't count towards your license fees. However you'll have to play with the permissions in order to share the necessary spaces, pages only and not broad access to all or most of it

Got it, thanks, I need to be able to insert html into the page, which we created with scripting,( product descriptions including links to where to access the resources). But it looks like Atlassian has discontinued html use (https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf64/html-macro-936511039.html).
Am I wrong or is there a way around this?

The html macro is only available in Server or DC and not ford Cloud, however you have some apps in the marketplace that could do the same job
