I have dev teams all over the world and yet we are working on different JIRA platforms all accessed from the same IP Address. Why is that? How can I get my team all working on the version I use in the USA?
HI @Douglas Carter and welcome to the community!
I'm not sure I fully understand the issue you are explaining. All your teams are using Jira Cloud products (available under a specific domain like companyXYZ.atlassian.com) and you see different products under the same URL? Or what do you mean by "different platforms"? To me, it sounds like you have multiple so-called sites in use (see documentation on What is an Atlassian organization? for more explanation on the structure of an organization in the Atlassian Cloud) and sites are exclusive entities with a unique domain (as in separate products with their own configurable access and configuration). So could you please expand on that a little bit so I understand you better?
Best, Max
Max here is a screen shot of my JIRA Project created from our configuration and a screen shot of all of my team who is outside of the USA's JIRA software. How come I cant set them up the same as me? What are we doing wrong?? I want to get everybody on the PM list not the one that describes the backlog. Thanx in advance

Hey @Douglas Carter,
Do you see that you show me screenshots of very different project types? "OP Customer Support" is a software project, and "Customer Support" is a business project. The keys or unique identifiers for the issues also show different project abbreviations, "CSP-xyz" and "OPCSP-xzy". So we're not looking at the same data or the same project but at independent projects. In addition, different project types also support other functions/features, such as software projects organization in sprints. The list view of the business project CSP, for example, is a feature of business projects but not software projects. You can achieve something similar with the "Issues" view in the software projects, but unfortunately, the same view is not available. Was I able to help you a little with that?
Best, Max

The urls you are using in there are the same, so there is no "different platform", or "different in different countries". You're all working on the same service.
Look at the line below the name of each project - one says "Business project" and the other "Software project". These two project types are intended for very different purposes, and are hence configured and displayed differently to each other.

Jira Software -> Create Project -> work management -> Project Management Template! All fixed!
