×One of your administrators went into a workflow and renamed a status that was used by other workflows.
To change it back, go to Admin -> Issues -> Status, find "ready" and rename it back to "done".
I would then consult the audit log to try to find out which admin might have done it, and help them to edit their workflow more carefully, without renaming status.

They can't, it's fixed. But they can rename the status it uses.
The important thing here is that status arenot a function of workflow, they are a labelling system for the steps/status. A workflow does not have any status in it, it says "when looking at this step, get the status information from the global list". If a status is renamed, it's renamed globally.
