change text of global fields

I'd like to change the label for some fields, like change 'responsable' to 'fournisseur interne'.

Is this possible ?

Hello,

If this is a custom field and it is a classic project, then go to issues->custom fields, find this field, push edit and change the name for the field.

If it is a next-gen project, go to project settings -> issue type and change the name of the field there.

it is not a custom field, it is the 'assigned to' field
