email notifications

Salam. I have problems with notifications. When other person in my company disable email notifications(in photo), thay still get the notifications. How to disable notification for selected person? Also I  disable notifications for all projects.

What email notifications are they getting?

Emails sent by Automation Rules are not governed by this setting.

Emails of filter subscriptions are not governed by this setting 

Emails from Service Management projects to Customers are not governed by this setting, I believe.

If the user is receiving emails from a Send Email action in an Automation Rule, that action would need to be changed to not send the email to that user.

If the user is receiving emails from a saved filter subscription, then the subscription needs to be changed so that user is not subscribed.

Hi Kamil,

It depends on the notifications. Some are built in to Jira such as notifying the assignee.

You can't disable those built-in Atlassian notifications.
