Good morning to all guys. I have a question that may seem silly. For a few days now, a green arrow has appeared on the issues that start time. It seems to have appeared out of nowhere. Maybe for some plugins I have installed? Or maybe for some setting that has been done? Can anyone help me understand how I manage this "green arrow"? Thanks to all in advance.
Hi Fabio I solved the problem. For a few days I had installed an add-on for firefox. Deactivating it, start time (green arrow) no longer appears.
Thank you for your support,
Francesco

The add-on name is Jira Assistant. A very useful add-on for me

Hi @Francesco Mazza ,
that could be coming from an external app. Try to disable one app each time and verify that the arrow disappear. After doing that, you can disable a specific module of that app.
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Hi Fabio, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I could not find anything that could help me. Could it be that this arrow appeared after I activated SLAs on Jira Service Management?

I never saw that for SLA in JSM. Sla should have a seprated panel on the right of your issue.
