how to remove users from jira-software-users group

I'm trying to get a list of all Jira users, search for those who has last seen in jira a month ago, and remove those users from  "jira-software-users" group.
So far, I'm able to get that list as a CSV manually, process it and then try to remove the users from the group. My issue here is that I can't get the accountId from the API call /rest/api/3/user because the query parameter username is no longer available.
From the CSV file I have a field named User id, but it looks like is not related with accountId that I need for /rest/api/3/group/user and being actually able to remove the user.

Could someone plz point me to the right direction here?

Thank you Pavol! that API endpoint is really helpful, I was able to check it and it looks like the User id field that I got from the CSV file is actually the accountId from the API, do you know if there's a way to get all Jira Cloud users with the response field Last seen in jira or Last active?

I did a little research and couldn't find a way to add specific parameter to the response. Hope that someone from the community might help.

Thank you again! yeah, sadly the Jira Cloud version does not have those fields which is weird, your firs answer helped me to go to the right direction for my issue :) thanks for that.
