Paulo August 1, 2019

I want to run a query to update 100 issues from "resolved" to "close". Or any other status, basically.

you can use Bulk edit. once you have your search query producing the issues you wish to update you can then choose bulk change from the ellipses drop down in the top right hand corner.

don't know why but I don't have that option in the top right corner.
"No available options", and below that "View Options"

you will need to reach out the the admin to help with this as you apparently don't have the necessary permissions.

Hi @Paulo ,

You can use bulk update in your case.

It is worth noting that you need to have a permission to perform bulk update.
