problems with applications links afetr changing ssl-certificate on proxy server

Hi,

we are using Jira, Confuence and bitbucket behind a proxy server. Now i changed the ssl ceetificate on the proxy server. Can reach all applications with ssl. 

But now the applications links are not working.

Can someone help?

I hope you are well.

Do you see any error on the application logs to help understanding the problem.

After the SSL changes you mentioned we usually need to import the certificate to the Java truststore as detailed in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/connecting-to-ssl-services-938847763.html.

For example, on Jira you should upload the following SSL certificates to Jira's Java truststore

  • Jira's own certificate
  • Confluence
  • Bitbucket
