Hey,
Does Backbone have a plugin/option to synchronize tests in Jira? Until today only tasks are synchronized and I am looking for a way to synchronize tests as well. Until today I have used Zephyr and Xray plugins.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @ESTERBEN
Backbone allows the synchronization of any issues but no native support for Xray or Zephyr tests so far.
However, in combination with our friends at Scandio we've implemented an extension to Backbone which offers (limited) support for Xray tests. This is based on Backbone's official Java Extension API to provide support of third-party custom fields. Afaik, they stopped the support for it due to low interest, but feel free to shoot them an email to ask for their state.
Cheers,
Matthias.

Hey,
Thanks for the reply.
H15T are they developing this plugin or just working with it? Is there anyone I can ask for more details about Scandio?

We, as K15t develop Backbone and our professional services developed the Xray plugin for Backbone. Last year, Scandio acquired our professional services team and with it the Xray plugin for Backbone.
You can write an email to sales@scandio.de. They should be able to tell you more.

Thanks, I sent an email and still haven't received a response. Do you know if there are things that are not supported in sync? (You mentioned that the plugin is limited).
