Hi. 

I got this email yesterday: 

"If you want to keep your organization, we suggest you contact support within 15 days from receiving this email.

When you contact support, include your organization ID: bka89416-9410-1da7-j8c5-9c5bkaaj1c8j."

I want to keep this organization.

Please let me know which details you need from me.

If you want to keep your organization, I recommend contacting Atlassian Support.

I am trying to contact support, but because my instance is free, whenever I try to contact Atlassian support I got this message to ask in the Atlassian community :(

In this case, I recommend first trying to extend the trial for your Atlassian environment. You can reach out to Atlassian’s support team directly using the link below to request an extension:

Atlassian Support 

Make sure to include your Organization ID and details of the site. The support team should be able to guide you on the next steps.
