time tracking format question

laudren_florent January 18, 2019 edited

I have edited time tracking format but still estimate time of issues are displayed in standard Jira format.

I'd like to have estimate time and ellapse time displayed in days, not weeks+days.

Hello Laudren,

Thank you for your feedback about this behavior.

In fact, we've already identified that the only time format available for Time tracking in the New Issue View of JIRA is Weeks/days/hours. That's why we reported this behavior as a bug to our development team:

New issue detail view won't display the Time estimate in hours

Please, watch the bug to be notified about the progress of its fix implementation.

For now, we recommend you to keep using the old Classic View of JIRA to keep displaying the time tracking in the format you want.

Let us know if you still have any questions.

Unfortunally, it is an Entreprise project so the 'old' vue is not a solution
