An Admin in our project is unable to add issues. The button appears as grey (see screenshot). He can however add issues in other projects.

Steps already taken:

- deleted cookies in chrome

- renewed admin rights

any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Hi André - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Give the Permission Helper a try to see what it says. Go to the Permission Scheme for the Project and click on Permission Helper.

Is it possible that he or someone else by accident removed the create issue permission from his project role?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

All other admins are still able to create issues. Only his account seems to be not working. Something must have changed in his user that I am unaware of?!
