Hi All,
I am having a problem closing our last sprint. All tickets (tasks and subtasks) are DONE but when I click on “Complete Sprint”, the pop-up states that all tickets (33) are incomplete.
Please can you advise what the problem is, as I need to start the next sprint asap?

filter with all issue types assigned to this sprint and see the filter result as u may have issues not viewed on the sprint board, then check those issues status

is there's any sub tasks or bugs assigned on the sprint but the parent issue not?
if not may be it's an issue in jira u can close the sprint and move those issues to the backlog to start the new sprint then review the backlog to assure that backlog is maintained

Hi Roja ,
As far as the sprint is involved can you please check the column for which the done status is mapped with . Like when you go to board configuration you can find the columns and the status mapped with it . So either way check the settings and see if you need to make any changes .

Hi Mohammed,
I could see status mapped to the right column i.e DONE. Not sure, what's the issue causing here.
