We use Tempo Planner to plan work for our projects. We have several teams of shared resources, like sysadmins, designers and one group of employees who would assign tasks for them, e.g. "Managers".
Each time I try to add managers permission group to a new team, I'm getting the same error "Permission group with that name already exists". But i don't see a way to re-use the Managers group for several teams either, so we have to use a workaround, which is to create new managers2, managers3 etc. permission groups for each team. This just doesn't make much sense, am I missing anything?
Has anyone solved this issue? I have the exact same problem - clearly I am missing something
Same Problem for us.
Dont know what kind of design Team open this hell...
For what reason can we add roles in the settings?

Is this a bug to wait for next version to be solved ?
I can't even see "Team Roles" link described below.

In database you can change table AO_AEFED0_PGP_GROUP. Just put "0" into EDITABLE column of your permission group name.

Yeah, anyway this solution is incomplete. I found a way to reuse a permission name, but the Users must be the same in any teams.

I am also facing the same issue while adding a Role I can't Re-use the same name.
