Real time notification

When someone tags me in a comment, how can I get a real time notification on the browser?

I couldn't find "Issue Edit Notifications".

 I only saw Enterprise Mail Handler and Slack when I did the search on the adds-on page.

You can use the Issue Edit Notifications addon for that.
