×Hello, I am trying to reorder the field 'actual start' in the view and in the edit screen.
In both screens the field is in the third position, but when viewing a ticket the field does not appear at this position. It is displayed in the 'More fields' section.
Is there another setting where I can reorder the fields that overrides the view/edit screen?
Also, when i fill the field with a value, the field is displayed in the details section.
Thank you in advance,
Aggeliki
Hello @Marc - Devoteam ,
This field is not included in a request type, so I have set the position only in the screens
No on the issue vie section on the request type.
If you edit a request type, you have 3 tabs, request form, issue and workflow statuses.
Select the issue view section to adjust the order of the fields.

This worked perfect for me.
Thank you.

Hi @Aggeliki K
Look at the Issue View section of each request. First you will have to set the field to the context section and set in 3rd position there.
If this is a requirement for each request, you will have to repeat the action for each request.
This due to the fact an issue view on a request can have a different view then others depending on the request and field values that are most important
