Reporting wrong for issue removed from sprint

We have an issue in our project Eg: issue1, which we removed from the sprint (Sprint 6) during the sprint, but it does not show in the sprint report in the section for removed from sprint nor in the Burndown chart (at all).

Could you please tell us what we do wrong - it makes it hard to use the reports.

This issue was removed after the sprint started? Can you see the information removed from a sprint in the history of this issue?

It happens often, this is just an example - and we can't figure out why it happends.
