Hi Amy,
The Utilization Report is currently only available on Server.
Implementing this in the Cloud version is on our roadmap.

Susanne Götz
Tempo team
Thank you. This was such a major feature in Server. Any idea on roadmap/timeframe? We didn't realize it wasn't in cloud when we opted to move forward. Miss on our side and it is a big gap.
Also, do you have any advice on a way we could do this on our own via scripting/APIs?

Hi Amy, my name is Hjalti and Im the Product Manager of a new team that will handle this. The idea is to increase the capability of our current cloud reports so users can create the Utilization report there. The aim would be to have that available in the first half of next year if all goes well.
Best Regards
Hjalti Einarsson, PM Tempo

This is a major gap and a report I use all the time. It will be great to see it back, we just moved from server to cloud.

For greater Atlassian community - any thought on best way to get this type of report leveraging Reporting tool Add-On scripting, etc with JIRA Cloud? I'm assuming someone out there is leveraging JIRA cloud for professional services practice and needs Resource Utilization, must be a way to do this.

Has anyone figured out how to get utilization reports out of Tempo Cloud?

Hello and Happy New Year!
Unfortunately, the exact functionality of the Utilization Report that exists in Server is not available in Cloud and is currently not on the roadmap. One alternative to get similar data would be to 'group by' Account Category, Account Category Type, or Team in Tempo Reports. New cloud functionality is currently being worked on to address some of the capacity and utilization data use cases of the Utilization Report but they are in the early design stages.
If this alternative doesn't meet your needs, please feel free to add this request to our idea portal. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee anything, but entering your use case will ensure that the appropriate eyes get on it.
Full disclosure - I work on the Product Marketing team for the company that created Timesheets and Planner by Tempo

Dear Tempo Product Management team, can you please share an update when the utilization report will be available on JIRA/Tempo Cloud?
Best Regards,
David
