Restart Sprint count for new year?

Right now we are at sprint 26 in GreenHopper/Agile, with the new year coming up, can we restart the sprint count back to Sprint 1?

I know that if I change the new sprint label to Sprint 1, the following sprints will keep incrementing but then we can end up with two Sprint 1's. If we make the Sprint label Sprint 1 (2013) then the next one will become Sprint 1 (2013) 2...I guess one simple solutions is to have the year before the sprint so (2013) Sprint 1 and then it will keep incrementing but is this the best solution?

Thanks!

Hi Tudor,

As far as I know, there's no way to reset sprint count as you can always rename a sprint before it's completed. So your idea of putting a year indicator in front of the sprint name should be the best in this case.

Cheers,

Andy
