SLA measurement on JIRA cloud service

Hello

We are currently using Jira Core Server with a plugin to handle SLA's. We would like to move to the cloud, but I don't find any way to handle SLA's in Jira Core Cloud. I know this is possible with Jira Service Desk, but that's not what we are looking for.

Do you know if there is some plugin or some way to manage SLA's in Jira Core Cloud?

With the add-on SLA Time and Report, you can easily create and track your SLAs for issues in Jira Cloud. Also, you can set SLA timer value and statuses when countdown should be turned on/off according to your issues workflow, projects, and priorities.

What's also important, you can use private or shared filters to generate SLA reports and later export this data as XLSX or CSV file and use external tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet to process the extracted information.

Hope, this add-on will help you to handle SLAs in Jira Cloud.

Using SLA’s can be vital for internal and external metrics to keep your business running efficiently and in a timely manner. While the server side of Jira does offer add-ons which bring in SLAs, there are no available marketplace add-ons for Jira Core Cloud which support SLAs. There is an add-on which bring in support for Code Quality SLAs, but it does not seem to match (More at Code Quality for Jira). As you mentioned, Jira Service Desk does offer SLAs.

There is a feature request to bring SLA reporting to Jira Core Cloud. You can find on the feature request at JRACLOUD-69057. If this is a feature you would like to see, we would suggest you vote and watch for this feature to receive future updates on its status.

The feature request is currently you best option to review as there is a minimal pool of cloud add-ons which would support SLAs for Jira Core.

Unfortunately, there are no plugins on Cloud platform that provide SLAs on JIRA Core projects.

Checking the reviews of the SLA PowerBox plugin, they are waiting for more requests to build a new version for JIRA Cloud.
