While attaching a file to jira i get the error:

"File "myfile.txt" was not uploaded An error occured while attaching myfile.txt: Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity;;"

This seems most likely a temporary error in your Cloud instance. If you are still having issues attaching files, I would recommend you to open a support ticket in the link below:
