A servicedesk request is linked to a ticket in JIRA project.
When the linked JIRA ticket is moved to a different JIRA project, it appears the link to SD request is broken. Am I of the right understanding?
What is a recommended approach here?

I guess your confusion could be related to SD Agent view and Customer view.

There is a JP-111 (s/w project issue) linked to JIRASDKEY-111. If this JP-111 is moved to a different project, what happens with the link to JIRASDKEY-111?
