Including myself, there are 3 users configured in Jira. Each person has the Bonfire browser extension running in Firefox, and each user is connecting to our single Jira instance.

I created two template, before these users we added to the system, and marked them as shared. I'm the only one that can see the templates, but I want the other two users to see them as well.

How do I fix this?

Shared templates can be seen by any user that has permission to create issues in that template's project.

If you've shared the templates but some users can't see them, they might not have the right project permissions.
