Hi All,
Earlier there was an option to check the project's workflow from a ticket.
Currently I can only see a workflow button (and only in some of our projects), what leads to the list of available statuses. I cannot display the flow chart from the ticket, that was possible earlier though.
May I ask what the recent changes were and where is this feature available currently?

You've probably changed a permission scheme on the projects.
For the workflow diagram to be available, your user must have the permission to view workflow. Check the permission scheme for the project(s), I suspect you'll find you don't have that permission
