Start date auto fills up

Hello,

I am working on server instance and everytime an issue is created, the fields "Start date" and "End date" are automatically filled with "10/Jan/2020", even when you don't fill these fields. I have checked for the workflow and nothing is wrong with it. Can it be anyway related to Big picture?

Hi Priyanka,

Yes this is automatically filled in by BigGantt/BigPicture if someone in your project has a Gantt setup. You can read more in BigPicture's documentation - https://wiki.softwareplant.com/display/DOCUMENTATION/Gantt+-+Board+synchronization

@Priyanka ,

"Start date" and "End date" seem to be custom fields to me. It's possible that the default value for these fields is set as "10/Jan/2020"

It's worth checking the field configuration for those two fields.
