Story tickets don't appear in the backlog

I created 2 story tickets (C2T-350 & C2T-351) in my project but the 2 don't appear in the backlog https://sanofi.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/C2T/boards/10091/backlog
ni dans le Kanban Board.
comment faire svp ?

Hey @Lamyae Bennani

I can think of two possible cases here :

1. The kanban board filter query excludes the story work type excluding your story tickets from the board.

2. The statuses of your kanban board are not mapped correctly & the current status of your story are not mapped with the board making the stories not visible on the board.

Please check them & let me know if that solves your issue.

I verified the Kanban board filter and statues, they are correctly configured and mapped.

I created 2 enablers and I have the same problem :(

For the same Epic, I have 5 stories & 2 enablers. I can see only 2 stories in the backlog :
