Tagging Affects Sprint

We are using JIRA agile so our Releases are not sprint specific but rather a collection of sprints that make up the release. Right now, when we find a bug, there is no way to indicated what sprint it was found during because the affects version field is not sprint specific. How do others handle this?

I am struggling with the same issue - is there a way to tag an issue with the "affects sprint" not just the "affects version"
