Template to upload task or subtasks in JIRA

At Katalyst, we breakdown our Requirement Epic into user stories.

For each user stories, BA, Dev and QA breakdown their respective user stories tasks like writing unit test cases, code writing, test case writing and also provide the estimate too.

Right now they are adding this tasks manually.

Is there any template available where scrum team members list down all user stories and its corresponding tasks into one excel file and then import the same so that we can see all tasks linked to user stories and then prepare the burndown chart out of it ?

We use the JMWE add-on to do lots of things, including creating multiple other issues when certain issues are created or when an issue is transitioned to a particular status.

For adding the common subtasks we use this plug in: Automatic subtask professional and for the rest of the work breakdown structure we use this one: WBS
