All jira users have permissions to "View all worklogs" and "browse projects" but a specific user can´t see "Tempo"option.... What permission is missing?
(obviosly this user is part if jira users group)
try adding Work on issues permission

Turns out that I had a permission missing at global level, Thanks Martin, I appreciate the help. :)
