Hello, everyone is receiving the attached error who is an admin. I was told it is normal, but it is annoying. Is there anyway to get rid of it?

Hi @Preston Warden ,

Follow the below mentioned instructions to get rid of it. Hope it helps.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-secure-administrator-sessions-218269595.html

To turn off secure administrator sessions:

  1. Go to  General Configuration > Security Configuration
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Under Secure administrator sessions, deselect the Enable checkbox.
  4. Save your changes.

Thanks

Hi @Preston Warden ,

This banner is displayed after you access the Admin area and it actually elevate your privileges and you are not constantly asked for your password in Admin section.

After you do what you need to do as Admin, you can simply click in Drop Access and this banner will be gone.dropaccess.png
