Ticket Moving only when Due Date is updated

Hi Users,

I want to setup a validation on tickets that only if the Due date is updated, then ticket can be moved to another status.

Kindly help out how to set this up.

You should be able to achieve this with a validator and a transition screen with the Due Date on it.
