Currently we are usign Jira Service management and I would like to add Jira Workmanagement to our site. When I add the product/license via 'administration' to our existing site, an error is displayed in the last step. In English the message is:
We are experiencing technical difficulties. A technical problem occurred while loading this page.
This has been for some days now and I cannot find any solutions online, nor am I able to reach someone at Atlassian about is. Any tips?

In your billing menu, do you see the added product? Or is the issue that you can't access JWM?
According to this link: https://status.atlassian.com/, everything appears to be working fine. If the problem is that you can't add the product to your instance and you've followed all the steps to add JWM correctly, I suggest raising a support ticket through this URL: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hello @JM Perrot , thank you for the quick reponse! The product isn't added to our site. I can access work management, but I cannot start a new project due to the missing license. I will raise a ticket through the link.
