Unable to create software type project

Hi

Good day! This is Shahed. Most recently we were installed atlassian-jira-software-7.9.0-x64.bin. But not working as expected. unable to create any software project. For business project it's also caused error message. Please guide us what we should do regarding to this issue?

Each time while I installed Jira Software it's not worked properly. After update install all feature activated. What's the hidden facts regarding to this issue?

The only "hidden fact" here is what you're doing differently to the rest of us.  I don't have any problem installing Jira Software (either from the installer or by adding it to Jira Core) as laid out in the docs.  So what are you doing differently?

Can you go to Admin > Application and see if Jira Software is installed?

Once backup and update  atlassian-jira-software-7.9.0-x64.bin resolve my issue
