Update Asset field from Jira Workflow

I'm using the new Worklow Editor

I fail to update an Asset field from a workflow transition. This is the "Domaine" field below.

 

I'm able to clear the field from the same transition, but I'm not able to set one of the tree pre-defined values.

 

I surrounded the text with ", ' and \" without success.

I've also tried Name=Assistance Métier, no success

The error I'm getting is strange though. At execution time, I'm getting :

 

Again, unsetting the value works like a charm. It's setting the text value which fails.

Any idea ?
