Upgrade information for Jira 6 to 7

I am slightly confused as there is a page that has upgrade info for version 6.x and earlier. And then there is the Migration Hub, but that is not clear about what versions it's talking about. Is it 7.x -> 7.y or any version to 7.x ? For example it talks about: "Go to  > Applications > Versions & licenses", but I don't find any such link in my current 6.x install.

So if that is not about 6->7 migration -  is there such a guide/doc ?

I'm researching how to upgrade JIRA 6.2.6 to 7.0.10. My envir. uses the WAR distribution. From what I've found so far, you'll have to upgrade to 6.4.12 first and then 7.0. Here's the link that has table of how to upgrade.
