Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hi all,
We're using On Demand in our org, and are unable to derive any usage statistics from our instance due to lack of plug-ins and prohibitions against embedding custom code.
We want very basic stats - # of page views, # of page edits. Has anyone attempted this using Google Analytics WITHOUT javascript? (http://adambuchanan.me/post/20500736298/google-analytics-without-javascript-or-cookies)
Or, any other thoughts on how we can get these stats?
Thanks in advance!
Are you able to put some hidden url on every page? If not, you might to consider a web browser cache server, where you can collect statistics from the browser cache server. Your base URL would change in this scenario since the cache is acting as a front end.
Here is something for JIRA cloud (ondemand)

Ask Atlassian if you can enable the Confluence usage statistics plugin for your instance.

Hi Beth,
We've created an add-on that gives some great usage statistics in Confluence Cloud. It includes an overview of activity but also the details like who has viewed a particular page.
You can find more information here: Analytics for Confluence Cloud
It's many years later, but I hope it helps you and the next person.

Thanks for contributing Norman! I did ask support prior to opening this thread, but it seems it could really destabilize our instance so seeking out alternates now.
