Hiya,

We're having an issue where all people coming up as user ID's, you can't tag anyone and no notifications are coming through - is this a platform wide issue?

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

We have an active incident where user names are not showing correctly. Our team is actively working on this. For time being, as a workaround, you can clear cookies and cache.

We have opened a bug for the same which you can track:

Hi, 

I am experiencing the same issue here. My other instances are not having this issue though. It seems to be affecting instances with the new view from what i can see on my end? 

Hopefully this gets resolved soon - You are not the only one suffering from this issue it seems!

We're currently experiencing the same issue. All customers show as User ID's, and users are experiencing issues either signing in or have no access to our portals.

Sadly no update on https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/
