Using JIRA On Demand on a mobile device

When using JIRA On Demand on a mobile device it is not possible to create or edit an item as the image is too large for the screen and it is not possible to view/edit.

Can you please let me know a reason or fix for this?

It is a member of my team, they are using iPad and iPhone and are having issues...
