Vertical scroll bar missing in JIRA tickets

Hi,

I am using JIRA Cloud and in the past couple of days I have noticed that the vertical scroll bar is missing when viewing tickets in IE11.I am using Windows 10 on a laptop. It affects only the tickets and no other are is affected. The issue is with IE11. Firefox and Chrome displays the scroll bar. It has been functioning until a couple of days back. I have rebooted my laptop, cleared the browser cache but to no avail. Any help is much appreciated.

Adding ?jql= to the end of the URL fixes the issue for that page.

I think this suffix is normally automatically added to the JIRA links, but for some reason every few months it stops working.

Adding to the above, I meant no other areas in JIRA is affected except when viewing tickets.
