All user is able to view the list of projects registered in JIRA.

But not able to view issues created in JIRA, as there is no access to view or create issues in that project.

 

Is it possible to restrict the projects which are not allowed to access the users?

Hi,

Remove "Browse projects" permission for those projects from all user and grant it only to those who need to see the projects.
