I've not been able to create a bug ticket on jira.atlassian.com. I have the error message 'user doesn't have "Assign issues" permission' when i click 'Create', so i post a message here.
One of our customers can't reach the Welcome Page (this happened suddenly, everything was fine for months, and today this bug appeared).
He is automatically redirected to " https://[our-instance-name].atlassian.net/secure/WelcomeToJIRASoftwareV2.jspa?ep_click_type=primary. ", which leads to a 404 page.
So he has to erase the "‘WelcomeToJIRASoftwareV2.jspa?ep_click_type=primary’" part manually to reach our Jira instance, but this bug keeps repeating when he keeps on navigating.
I've seen that this bug already happened before, but it was seen as "Fixed" by Atlassian.

But it is not fixed, it's back!
Is Atlassian team working on it ?
This is a major disagrement in Jira use.

You cannot create bug reports on our public facing Jira, but our support team can create them if they are able to reproduce the issue.
