Here is the situation I need ot solve,
my project's workflow is set up (by the sysadmin?) to credit the story points when the ticket gets closed (which includes QA steps, which are not working concurrently, due to various issues). I'd like to credit the story points when the story is resolved. Is that possible? What needs to change for my projects?
P.S.: I understand that it is not Agile to do QA in bulk and with time delay, but I have no choice and still want to measure the velocity of development in story points.
If something is done via a workflow step on issue close, then it should be able to be moved to the workflow step of issue resolved by your sysadmin.
