I'm having some issues setting up my JIRA Cloud instance. It seems that only administrator users are being able to view the issues assigned to them...
I tried using the notification and permission helpers to identify where the problem might be, but when I start typing the name of my users I get no results... what can I do?

Thanks for your answer. I ultimately found that my real problem was the lack of Browse Projects permission on my users. Great tip about the Global Permission.

You can try a re-index of JIRA and you can also verify if your users have the Browser Users JIRA Global Permission.
