Why can't I access Jira?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I have tried to set up my account three times and I'm told either my email/user name is wrong or my password is wrong.

If you are not being able to access your instance, please contact Atlassian Cloud Support at support.atlassian.com, fill in your SEN-# and let us know that you are facing problems while accessing your environment so we can help you.
