I am currently managing over 10 projects in my company and need to configure public holiday into Jira. Does Jira allow the admin to set up non-working days globally for company managed projects?

Thank you for the reply. By reading the page, the setting page gives me the following "Configure the timezone, standard working days, and any non-working dates for your board. Settings on this page affect reports and gadgets."
I am looking for a solution that will set non-working day globally across different projects within my domain. After giving it a try, the setting done in project is only saved within itself, not synchronised with other projects in the same domain.
